Real World Evidence Associate Director

Role: Lead epidemiological and real-world evidence (RWE) research within the RWE team, supporting disease natural history, clinical endpoint development, and data sourcing strategies for early development indications. Responsibilities: independently execute observational studies, evaluate registry and data sources, develop study protocols, align research tactics with program goals, and represent RWE in cross-functional teams and external collaborations. Contribute to evidence generation planning, performance metrics, and publications, while supporting regulatory and stakeholder engagement. Requirements: PhD (preferred) or MS/MPH in epidemiology, biostatistics, or health outcomes; minimum 5 years in observational research within life sciences and 3 years specifically in RWE/epidemiology at a biopharmaceutical company. Skills: expertise in RWE regulatory guidance, observational study design and execution, strong communication, and collaboration skills.
