Rater Oversight Lead

Role: Rater Oversight Lead responsible for operational strategy to ensure endpoint data quality in CNS/psychiatry clinical trials. Responsibilities: oversee rater qualification, certification, and training; govern central rater vendors; conduct rating surveillance and analyze endpoint data; collaborate with internal teams (Clinical Development, Data Science, QA) and external vendors; manage risk at site and rater levels; ensure audit-readiness. Requirements: ≥10 years in clinical rating science, outcome assessment, or endpoint quality within CNS/psychiatry trials; experience managing vendor governance; statistical literacy; ability to make operational decisions under pressure. Preferred: clinical psychology/neuroscience background, experience with multi-study surveillance, proficiency with audio/video rating workflows. Qualifications: BS/BA in Life Sciences, Psychology, Neuroscience or related; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred. Location: remote US; travel ~25%.
