Role: The Rare Disease – Hemophilia Account Specialist is a field-based sales position focused on growing Pfizer's hemophilia portfolio by fostering compliant, strategic relationships with Hemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs), hematologists, and care teams. Primary objectives include promoting Pfizer therapies, supporting appropriate diagnosis and access, and reinforcing evidence-based disease education. Responsibilities involve engaging healthcare providers through in-person interactions, delivering approved messaging, supporting reimbursement and access pathways, and collaborating cross-functionally to address customer needs. The role requires leveraging digital tools for territory management and customer engagement.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; alternatively, an associate’s with 8+ years or a high school diploma with 10+ years of work experience. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing, with preference for 3–5 years in specialty sales, particularly in hemophilia. Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement is preferred. Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel within South Florida, including overnight stays, are necessary.
