Rare Disease Business Manager – Primary Immune Deficiency and CIDP (PI/CIDP Sales Team)

Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales quotas by driving new patient starts, outpatient infusion center/hospital sales, and retention on Takeda augmentation treatment.
- Deliver sales presentations; provide technical/administrative product information; educate on neuromuscular conditions and Takeda support resources.
- Understand influence points affecting diagnosis, treatment, and Rx/referral/order.
- Participate in community education events and conferences for HCPs and patients.
- Focus on HCPs (Allergy/Immunology, Pulmonology, Infectious Disease, select Internal Medicine/Primary Care, and Neurologists) and educate on Takeda brands for Primary Immune Deficiency and CIDP.
- Analyze local/regional business trends to build short- and long-term goals and a business plan.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Patient Services, Alternate Site Team, Integrated Health Systems, Market Access, and National Accounts.
- Work compliantly in a matrix environment and handle confidential patient information per policies.

Minimum requirements:
- BS/BA.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Excellent verbal/written communication; strategic account/t erritory planning; ability to interpret analytical data.
- Proven ability to influence multiple decision makers; payer access/reimbursement understanding; learning agility; reside within/near territory.

Preferred:
- 5+ years rare disease/pharmaceutical sales; consultative/needs-based selling; regulated marketplace experience; digital/AI-enabled tools.

Skills:
- Organizational/territory planning; matrix collaboration; data acquisition/interpretation; community education; motivating extended team members.

Licenses/Travel:
- Valid Driver’s License; drive/fly to accounts; up to 25–50% overnight travel.
