How you will contribute:
- Achieve sales quotas by driving new patient starts, outpatient infusion center/hospital sales, and retention of patients on Takeda augmentation treatment.
- Conduct customer engagements: sales presentations; provide technical/administrative product info; educate on neuromuscular conditions and Takeda support resources.
- Understand office influence points affecting diagnosis, treatment, and Rx/referral/order.
- Participate in community education events and conferences for healthcare professionals and patients.
- Focus on HCPs (Allergy/Immunology, Pulmonology, Infectious Disease, select Internal Medicine/Primary Care, Neurologists) and educate on Takeda brands for Primary Immune Deficiency and CIDP.
- Analyze local/regional/managed market trends to build goals and a successful business plan.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Patient Services, Alternate Site Team, Integrated Health Systems, Market Access, and National Accounts for customer satisfaction and pull-through.
- Work compliantly in a matrix environment handling confidential patient information per company practices/policies.

Minimum requirements:
- BS/BA.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years selling at Takeda.
- Excellent verbal/written communication; ability to influence complex account decision makers.
- Strategic planning/strong business acumen; territory/account management/prioritization; payer access & reimbursement knowledge.
- Ability to adapt; learning agility; reside in/within supported territory.
Preferred:
- 5+ years rare disease/pharma sales; coordination with patient access/market access; consultative/needs-based selling; regulated marketplace; use of digital/AI-enabled tools.
