Rare Disease Business Manager - HAE (Salt Lake City, UT territory). Report to the Regional Business Lead, HAE. Territory includes MT, WY, UT, ID.

How you will contribute:
- Drive franchise sales growth by executing sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the Regional Business Lead and customer-facing teams to support patients through their HAE journey.
- Drive demand generation focused on healthcare professionals; educate HCPs on Takeda brands for the HAE portfolio.
- Manage the HAE marketplace complexity (distribution, site of care); work with third-party specialty pharmacies to ensure patient access to therapy.
- Adhere to all policies/guidelines and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Clinical sales background; Bachelor of Science minimum.
- 5+ years successful relevant healthcare sales experience managing and being accountable for own business.
- Knowledge/experience in complex selling model (highly desirable).
- Biotech experience (desirable).
- Results-driven with track record of results and compliance.
- Business acumen; knowledge of sales processes.
- Organizational and territory planning skills.
- Ability to acquire/analyze customer data to create sales strategies.
- Change agility experience.
- Experience influencing HCPs to prescribe and launch (plus).
- Travel ~50% (overnight; occasionally weekends); support conventions/Immunology meetings.
- Authorization and ability to drive a company-leased vehicle or rental.

Training Requirements:
- Contingent on passing mandatory product training with written and oral exams.
- During training (external hires): non-exempt, overtime eligible only per law; not eligible for sales incentives/production bonuses.
- Training includes live instruction/independent study/role play; up to 8 hours/day and 40 hours/week.
- After passing exams: transition to exempt; bi-weekly pay; eligible for sales incentive programs/contests.
