Main Responsibilities
- Serve as point of contact for CABLIVI in Ohio/PA West; optimize access and pull-through at high-potential hospitals and IDNs.
- Execute a total account approach: formulary acceptance, pull-through, and account planning.
- Build in-depth account knowledge (goals, value drivers, access stakeholders, metrics, emerging needs).
- Support clinical advocacy (e.g., KOL endorsement) and develop strategies for access coverage across provider pathways, EMRs, and/or formularies.
- Leverage CABLIVI efficacy/safety messaging and customer segmentation to drive brand/above-brand objectives.
- Understand institutional product access processes, RFPs, P&T workflows, stakeholders, financial models (Budget Impact Model), and clinical evaluation models.
- Develop/maintain strategic partnerships with C-suite/D-suite and population health decision makers; expand access stakeholder reach.
- Support CABLIVI pull-through at targeted IDNs; help establish ATTP protocols as applicable.
- Coordinate distribution and channel operations to maintain product access; create messages for cross-functional field teams.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years relevant experience (healthcare/pharma/medical device sales/account management preferred).
- 2+ years institutional account management experience with population health access influencers.
- Strong presentation/negotiation skills; ability to communicate health-economic value.
- BA/BS required; valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree; IDN knowledge; current customer relationships in geography; consultative strategic account planning.
- Hospital inpatient, hematology, payer environment/reimbursement experience.

Travel Requirements
- ~70–80%.
