Key Responsibilities
- Build Scientific Partnerships: Facilitate scientific interactions and partnerships with Thought Leaders and HCPs (including nuclear medicine teams at top RPT institutions).
- Liaise with institutions to understand clinical and RPT-unique levers/barriers to patient access in the context of clinical trials.
- Lead high-impact scientific discussions and presentations that advance the standard of care; educate on real-world evidence and clinical trial read-outs.
- Support clinical development: identify/recommend trial sites; engage investigators and site staff; educate on the trial/asset; identify and address enrollment barriers.
- Gather Early, Actionable Insights: conduct insight sessions on emerging clinical/diagnostic/imaging needs, treatment paradigms, and barriers; translate feedback into recommendations.
- Deliver business-critical recommendations: provide strategic input on trial designs and launch/brand/medical plan/materials; advise/support payer discussions from a medical perspective.
- Real-Time Insight Synthesis: distill external feedback for cross-functional teams (R&D, Medical, Commercial).
- Asset Advisory & Launch: act as a scientific partner to guide medical education and external engagement.
- Therapeutic area enablement: educate internal stakeholders on trends, real-world data, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications & Experience
- MD, PhD, PharmD (or equivalent) and/or closely related RPT specialty (e.g., nuclear medicine technologist).
- 7–10+ years relevant oncology and/or RPT experience; minimum 3 years field experience with an RPT or solid tumor product.
- Proven track record engaging national/global Thought Leaders.
- Scientific agility; peer-to-peer dialog about data; expert knowledge of clinical practice and evolving healthcare delivery.
- Customer/commercial mindset; teamwork/enterprise mindset; integrity and good judgment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong learning mindset; passion for science; stays current on latest data.
- Willing to travel up to 50%.

Compensation Overview
- Remote (United States): $149,860–$181,595 (plus potential incentive cash/stock based on eligibility).
