Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist (RLT)

Key Responsibilities:
- Own business for prescribing/referring physicians; build and execute territory business plans delivering disease education (diagnostic/therapeutic), product value propositions, treatment protocols, and customer programs.
- Support product access; implement competitive response/pull-through strategies; maintain and grow key account partner relationships in line with target priorities and company policies.
- Create customized tools/strategies to access and engage HCP targets; deliver clinical value proposition and establish RLT as the partner of choice across community hospitals, academic hospitals, and community oncology accounts.
- Demonstrate self-awareness, continuous learning, ability to inspire, and willingness to challenge status quo to optimize execution.
- Communicate clinical messages clearly, handle objections, and close calls with commitments to action.
- Maintain deep understanding of territory/competitors/segments/product/clinical data; anticipate changes to optimize execution.
- Develop and execute call plans to achieve goals and improve access/sales opportunities.
- Use sales data reporting tools with customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years’ experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex geographically dispersed sales (within last 5 years).
- 1+ year experience in oncology/urology/nuclear medicine/medical devices/complex therapeutics.
- 1+ year experience in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutic experience (within last 5 years).
- Proven cross-functional collaboration in matrix environment; ability to communicate clinical product info; consistent high performance; experience selling to large accounts.
- Self-starter with analytic problem-solving and ethical leadership/compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of the territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states/account strategy/new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

Driving is an essential function: must have fully valid, unrestricted driver’s license.

Training/Field Role Note:
- Required to complete initial training (home study; ≤8 hours/day and ≤40 hours/week).

Compensation (US-based):
- Salary expected range: $145,600–$270,400/year; includes performance-based cash incentive; may be eligible for annual equity awards; comprehensive benefits and time off.
