Radioligand Therapies (RLT) Sales Specialist, Prostate β New Mexico/West Texas

Key Responsibilities:
- Own prescribing/referring physician relationships; create and execute territory business plans, including disease education (diagnostic/therapeutic), product value propositions, treatment protocols, and customer programs.
- Support product access; implement competitive response/pull-through strategies; maintain/grow key account partner relationships in line with target priorities and company policies.
- Use customized tools/strategies to access and engage HCP targets; deliver clinical value; establish RLT as partner of choice in community and academic hospitals and community oncology accounts.
- Demonstrate learning mindset, self-awareness, ability to inspire, challenge status quo, and optimize execution.
- Communicate clearly, handle objections, and close for action; anticipate market/competitor/product/clinical changes to improve execution.
- Develop/execute call plans to grow access and sales opportunities using a highly technical, innovative portfolio.
- Use sales reporting tools and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 3+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or complex sales) with large geographically dispersed teams (last 5 years).
- 1+ year experience in oncology/urology/nuclear medicine/medical devices/complex therapeutics.
- 1+ year experience in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutic (last 5 years).
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and high-performance sales to large accounts.
- Ethical leadership and analytic/problem-solving self-starter.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license (driving is essential).
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling.
Compensation/Benefits (summary):
- Expected salary range: $145,600β$270,400; performance-based incentive; possible annual equity.
