Role: Lead Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) and EHS program manager at a biopharma site, ensuring compliance with radiation, chemical, and safety regulations. Responsibilities: oversee radioactive materials handling, perform complex dosimetry assessments, develop and deliver EHS training, conduct audits and incident investigations, and coordinate regulatory inspections and reporting. Serve as technical expert and site liaison for radiological safety and emergency response. Requirements: Bachelor's in health physics, physical/biological sciences or engineering; 4+ years of health physics/RSO experience, preferably in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing or research; approved RSO certification by NRC or state; strong knowledge of radiation, chemical, and health safety regulations; experience in radioactive material shipping, procedure writing, and incident reporting. Preferred: Certified Health Physicist (ABHP), OSHA 40-hour General Industry certification.
