R&D Project Manager II

Role: Experienced project manager supporting R&D New Product Introduction (NPI) projects across Repligen’s global product portfolio. Objectives include ensuring projects are well-scoped, resourced, and executed on time and within budget, focusing on product development, technology transfer, and launch readiness. Responsibilities: develop project plans, monitor progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, facilitate cross-functional coordination, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Science, or related field; 3+ years managing product development projects, preferably within bioprocessing, biotechnology, or life sciences. Demonstrated success in project execution, managing multiple concurrent projects, and cross-site/global teams. Skills include proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Tableau), strong communication, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. Preferred: experience in bioprocessing or biotech, ability to learn new technologies rapidly, and flexibility to travel.
