R&D Project Manager II

Role: Project manager supporting R&D's New Product Introduction across Repligen’s bioprocessing product portfolio, ensuring timely, within-budget execution of global product launches. Responsibilities: develop and maintain project plans tracking scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies; identify and mitigate risks; lead cross-functional and multi-site teams through stage-gate processes; provide project governance, stakeholder alignment, and regular status updates; drive process improvements and foster collaboration. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Science, or related field; 3+ years leading product development projects with at least 2 years in project management; proven track record of successful project delivery; experience managing multiple concurrent projects; strong communication, scheduling, and resource management skills; proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Tableau). Preferred: project management certifications; experience in bioprocessing, biotechnology, or life sciences. High-Value: bioprocessing/biotech focus, product launch stage, cross-functional leadership, global coordination, travel flexibility as needed.
