R&D Project Manager II

Role: Experienced project manager supporting R&D New Product Introduction (NPI) projects across Repligen’s global product portfolio. Responsibilities: develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies; identify and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks; lead cross-functional teams to ensure product development, technology transfer, and launch readiness; provide project visibility to stakeholders and senior leadership; foster collaboration across multi-site teams; and drive process improvements within product development. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Science, or related field; minimum 3 years managing product development projects in bioprocessing, biotech, or life sciences; proven success in project execution; strong communication skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and work across global teams; proficient with project management tools like Smartsheet or Tableau; willingness to travel.
