Role: R&D Lab Manager responsible for laboratory operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, safety, and process improvements. Objectives: maintain organized, compliant, and efficient lab environment to support research activities. Responsibilities: oversee equipment upkeep, manage reagents and supplies, ensure safety and cleanliness, coordinate onboarding and training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements: B.S. in molecular or cell biology or related field; 5+ years industry experience with B.S. or 2+ years with M.S.; strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; experience with cell/molecular biology techniques, laboratory management, and quality systems. High-Value: focus on life sciences research, supporting early-stage R&D in biologics or molecular biology, with familiarity in electronic lab notebooks or lab information systems. Work setup: combination of laboratory and office environment, with exposure to biological samples and chemicals; physical ability to handle laboratory equipment and materials.
