As an R&D Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting active research and development projects and day-to-day laboratory operations. This entry-level role is designed to build your skills in experimental design, data collection, analysis, and technical documentation while contributing to innovation and product development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Assist with laboratory experiments, including preparation, setup, testing, and accurate data recording. Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data under the guidance of R&D scientists and project leads. Support the development, validation, and optimization of new or existing products, processes, and methodologies. Maintain laboratory equipment, inventory, records, and documentation in alignment with safety, quality, and compliance standards. Prepare technical summaries, reports, and presentations to communicate results and project progress. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Quality, Operations, and Product Management, and perform related research or administrative tasks to support R&D initiatives. Job Requirements Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, or a closely related scientific field. Foundational understanding of laboratory techniques and scientific principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and follow established protocols. Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain precise, organized documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. Ability to work safely in a laboratory environment, following all safety procedures and guidelines. Preferred (Not Required): Prior experience in a laboratory setting (academic or industry). Familiarity with data analysis tools or laboratory software. Knowledge of GLP, GMP, or other relevant regulatory standards.
