R&D Applications Specialist

Role: R&D Applications Specialist supporting laboratory IT and systems for cell therapy research at Legend Biotech. Responsibilities: administer and maintain lab applications (Blue Mountain RAM, LabVantage LIMS/ELN), configure/enhance systems per business needs, troubleshoot instrument software/connectivity, manage user access, and assist with system validation and compliance. Collaborate with lab and IT teams to ensure system accuracy, support regulatory inspections, and improve lab efficiencies through process improvements. Requirements: BS in life sciences or related field; 3-5 years in biotech/pharma, with GxP software experience, supporting lab systems, and knowledge of SDLC and CSV. Preferred: experience in cell therapy or biologics, lab automation, and project management skills.
