The Patient Safety & Pharmacovigilance (PSPV) aspiration is to be a cutting-age safety group, to enable us to optimize the benefit-risk of our therapies, so we can best serve our patients and consumers.

The Quality Training Manager is part of the Pharmacovigilance Quality (PVQ) department in PSPV function, working in an international and culturally diverse team. The Quality Training Manager participates to the robustness of the quality system by leading the GxP Training activities on Quality Documentation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development of the Pharmacovigilance and Medical GxP training related to quality documentation (QD)
  • Coordinate the activities through transversal management of training associates and training vendors
  • Lead the training strategy in closed collaboration with Global Quality and other R&D training teams
  • Communicating on processes and tools related to training activities

Experience

About You

  • MS in Biology, Pharmaceutical or related scientific field with 4+ years of experience in GxP Quality system management and 2+ years' experience in pharmacovigilance and/or medical activities
  • Knowledge in International Pharmaceutical Regulation e.g. GVP, GCP, ICH
