Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: training, learning management, quality, compliance, documentation, or quality assurance.
- Educational experience will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Quality Assurance (QA) or compliance experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries.
- Familiarity with GxP training requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategic Contribution
- Represent the Global Training Center at the senior level to ensure continuity and strategic alignment across global operations.
- Contribute to Communities of Practice to share expertise, elevate best practices, and drive innovation in training methodologies.
Training Management & Compliance
- Own end-to-end governance of training matrices, training plans, and learning content for the Global Training Center aligned with GMP, regulatory standards, and business needs.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to identify compliance gaps, assess training effectiveness, and lead corrective actions.
- Collaborate with R&D departments across global sites to harmonize training practices and strengthen compliance culture.
- Partner with the Head of Global Training Center to design and execute strategic initiatives to standardize and strengthen training programs.
- Serve as training compliance SME for quality systems (Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls).
- Guide SMEs in creation/revision and review/approval of training materials and assessments.
- Lead pilot projects and global training initiatives.
Customer Support & Audit Readiness
- Serve as training SME to develop compliant training materials, matrices, and iLearn curricula.
- Interface between LMS team and operational departments to drive compliance via actionable training plans.
- Support audits and self-inspections with pre-audit documentation and inspector responses.
- Educate customers to navigate iLearn and build compliance ownership.
LMS System Administration & Compliance Oversight
- Oversee and provide compliance guidance to decentralized administrators for VR&D to maintain iLearn compliance and data integrity.
- Liaise with Global Learning Service to resolve user/admin issues timely.
- Implement improvements to enhance compliance tracking.
