Quality Specialist

Role: Quality Assurance Coordinator supporting plasma center compliance and operational quality. Responsibilities: perform final QA review and release of shipments, ensure accuracy of center records, manage training documentation and Learning Management System, conduct process assessments and internal audits, identify non-conformities, and collaborate with center management for continuous improvement. Also responsible for safety policies, regulatory compliance, and handling audits and corrective actions. Requirements: high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s preferred); minimum 1 year leadership or regulated environment experience; strong organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, and customer service skills; understanding of Quality Systems and training regulations. High-Value: regulated environment (cGMP, OSHA, FDA, CLIA/COLA), quality assurance, internal/external audits, training management, plasma center operations, compliance with health and safety standards. WorkSetup: primarily on-site with physical and mental demands including standing, walking, lifting 25 lbs., exposure to temperature variations.
