Role: Quality Assurance Coordinator supporting plasma center operations, focusing on compliance, training, and quality management. Responsibilities: perform final QA review for shipments, maintain accurate records, oversee personnel training and learning system data, conduct process assessments, facilitate retraining, lead internal audits, and manage regulatory compliance (FDA, OSHA, CLIA, COLA). Collaborate with center management on continuous improvement and respond to quality issues; lead external audits if needed; manage Trackwise reports and corrective actions; promote safety and environmental policies; support special projects. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year leadership or regulated environment experience; strong organizational, decision-making, and critical reasoning skills; knowledge of Quality Systems and training standards. Preferred: associate or bachelorβs in business or biological sciences. High-value: regulated environment (blood/plasma center), cGMP, FDA compliance, audits, and training oversight. Work setup: primarily on-site with physical demands including standing, walking, lifting 25 lbs., exposure to temperature variations; minimal travel implied.
