Quality Specialist

Role: Quality Assurance Coordinator supporting plasma collection centers by monitoring compliance with SOPs, regulations, and quality standards. Responsibilities: perform final QA review and release of shipments, ensure accuracy and thoroughness of records, manage training documentation and LMS data integrity, coordinate and deliver staff training, conduct process assessments, identify non-conformities, lead internal audits, and manage corrective actions through Trackwise. Collaborate with center management on continuous improvement and audit readiness. Requirements: high school diploma required; 1+ year leadership or regulated environment experience; strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; understanding of quality systems and regulatory training; and customer service skills. Preferred: associate or bachelor’s degree in business or biological sciences. High-Value: regulated environment, cGMP, FDA and OSHA compliance, blood plasma/biologics, internal/external audits, training management. Work setup: primarily on-site with physical demands including standing, walking, occasional lifting, and exposure to temperature variations.
