Quality Specialist

Role: Quality Assurance Coordinator supporting plasma center compliance with regulatory and internal standards, reporting to the Assistant Manager of Quality. Responsibilities: conduct final QA reviews of shipments and documentation, ensure accuracy and timeliness of center records, coordinate and monitor training programs, perform process assessments and internal audits, investigate non-conformities, maintain training systems, and promote safety practices. Requirements: high school diploma required; 1+ year leadership or regulated environment experience; strong organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, and customer service skills; understanding of Quality Systems and regulatory training. Preferred: associate or bachelor’s in business or biological sciences.
