Quality Specialist

Role: Quality Associate supporting plasma center operations, focusing on compliance monitoring, documentation review, training management, and internal audits. Responsibilities: perform final QA reviews of shipments and records, ensure training and SOP adherence, coordinate and maintain training data, evaluate processes for compliance, identify non-conformities, lead internal audits, and manage corrective actions. Requirements: high school diploma; 1+ year leadership or regulated environment experience; strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills; knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards (cGMP, FDA, OSHA). Preferred: associate or bachelor’s in biological sciences or business. WorkSetup: primarily onsite with physical requirements including standing, walking, manual dexterity, occasional lifting up to 25 lbs, exposure to temperature variations.
