Quality Specialist

Role: Quality Control Coordinator supporting plasma center compliance and operations, reporting to the Assistant Manager of Quality. Responsibilities: conduct final QA reviews for shipments, ensure accurate and thorough records, manage training documentation and LMS integrity, coordinate and deliver staff training, perform process assessments, identify non-conformities, lead internal audits, investigate and close Trackwise reports, and support regulatory and safety compliance. Qualifications: High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s preferred in business or biological sciences. Experience: minimum 1 year in a regulated environment or leadership role; strong customer service, critical reasoning, decision-making, and organizational skills; knowledge of Quality Systems/regulatory training. High-Value: regulated environment, cGMP, FDA, OSHA, ISO compliance, training management, internal and external audits, process improvement. Work Setup: primarily on-site with standing/walking most of the day; lifting up to 25 lbs.; exposure to temperature variations, odors, and freezer environments. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and multi-tasking to support plasma collection operations and compliance.
