Quality Specialist

Role: Quality Assurance Coordinator supporting plasma center compliance and training. Responsibilities: perform final QA review and release of shipments, ensure accurate center records, manage personnel training and learning system data, conduct process assessments, internal audits, and facilitate corrective actions. Collaborate with center management on continuous improvement, regulatory audits, safety policies, and non-conformance investigations. Requirements: high school diploma; 1+ year leadership or regulated environment experience; strong customer service, decision-making, problem-solving, organizational skills; knowledge of Quality Systems and regulated training. Preferred: associate or bachelor’s in business or biological sciences. High-Value: plasma collection, cGMP, FDA, OSHA compliance, internal/external audits, safety, training management, and process improvement. Work setup: physically demanding with standing, walking, occasional lifting, exposure to temperature extremes, primarily on-site.
