Quality Specialist

Role: Quality Supervisor overseeing plasma center compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities: monitor processes to ensure SOP adherence, maintain inspection readiness, manage training, review records for accuracy, investigate deficiencies, lead internal audits, and maintain training materials and Learning Management System. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Associate degree in biological sciences or business preferred; 3-5 years' quality experience in plasma or related industries; minimum 1-year supervisory or regulated environment experience; strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, OSHA regulations; excellent customer service skills.
