Role: Support quality management processes at Alcon's manufacturing facility as a Quality Operations Associate, focusing on handling nonconformances and ensuring compliance. Responsibilities: record, scope, investigate, and triage quality events; coordinate with cross-functional teams; maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely closure of events; perform risk assessments and ensure data traceability. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (or high school +8 years; Associate +4 years); strong English communication skills; on-site work in Houston, TX, with 0-10% travel; work hours from 4am-4:30pm, Monday-Wednesday and alternate Thursdays.
