Quality Manager, USA

Role: Quality Manager supporting US affiliate operations for CSL Behring, overseeing QMS activities, compliance, and quality support for manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and customer service. Responsibilities: manage deviations, ensure timely product release, support recalls and counterfeit investigations, collaborate on Quality Agreements, update SOPs, and contribute to continuous improvement and regulatory readiness. Requirements: bachelor’s in a relevant science or business field, minimum 5 years GMP quality experience in pharma or related manufacturing, with GMP and GDP systems knowledge; effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills; experience with SAP is a plus. High-value: GMP/GDP compliance, pharmaceutical manufacturing, US market focus, regulatory inspection readiness, cross-functional interface with global logistics, manufacturing, and quality teams. Work setup: limited travel, primarily supporting US affiliate operations.
