Quality Manager, USA

Role: Quality Manager supporting CSL Behring's US affiliate operations with a focus on QMS compliance, regulatory adherence, and quality oversight. Responsibilities: ensure adherence to local GMP/GDP regulations, support product complaint processes, oversee deviations, manage recalls and counterfeit investigations, collaborate with global supplier quality, update SOPs and quality policies, and prepare for regulatory inspections. Serve as back-up Local Quality Officer and interface with logistics, customer service, and manufacturing. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in science or business, minimum 5 years of GMP quality experience in pharma or related fields, familiarity with GDP systems, strong communication and collaboration skills, experience working in a global matrix organization. Competencies: leadership, stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, change management, analytical mindset, proficiency in SAP preferred.
