Quality Control Technician

As a Quality Control Technician , you will support critical quality practices and programs that help meet both organizational and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of quality assurance activities for applications, systems, products, and projects to ensure they meet defined quality standards. Assist in developing, conducting, and evaluating application audits and testing processes under established procedures and guidelines. Perform test cases using automated and/or manual testing tools, document results, and help identify potential issues or non-conformities. Follow quality control and assurance methodologies to support continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and tools. Help prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to testing, audits, and quality activities. Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to support the implementation of quality procedures and best practices. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational training, certifications, or coursework in IT, quality, or related fields is a plus. Basic understanding of software applications, systems, or technology environments; prior exposure to testing concepts is helpful but not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow established procedures and guidelines consistently. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under supervision. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings clearly and work collaboratively with colleagues. Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of automated testing tools, quality control methods, and regulatory or firm-specific quality standards.
