Quality Control Supervisor

Role: Lead and oversee daily Quality Control operations at Twist Bioscience’s Wilsonville facility, focusing on product release, method improvement, and compliance. Responsibilities: manage QC team, implement and optimize molecular biology testing methods, collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Engineering to establish quality standards, transfer new methods into production, troubleshoot technical issues, and generate quality reports ensuring GMP and ISO 13485 adherence. Qualifications: BS in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology or related field; 1+ year industrial QC or operations experience in regulated manufacturing; strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques (PCR, sequencing, cloning) and analytical tools; hands-on experience with automated robotic systems and LIMS; understanding of GMP, ISO 13485, and quality principles. Preferred: experience with process documentation and continuous improvement.
