Quality Control Manager

Role: Senior Laboratory Operations Manager overseeing one or more laboratory units (API, Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Microbial Environmental Controls) within biopharma manufacturing. Responsibilities: lead and develop large teams of lab supervisors and analysts, ensure compliance with government and corporate regulations (FDA & EU), manage budgets and resources, and support strategic research and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsible for technical oversight, regulatory interactions, process development, and validation activities across production support functions. Requirements: BS in Science with 8+ years or MS with 6+ years of relevant experience; deep expertise in lab operations, quality control, and regulatory standards; proven personnel management and project leadership skills. Preferred: PhD in Science with 4+ years. High-Value: extensive biopharma lab management experience, familiarity with API and finished goods production, compliance with GxP and regulatory agencies, and experience in biopharma manufacturing environments.
