Quality Control Associate works with site staff to ensure clean, accurate, quality-reviewed data from beginning to end of study.

How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Perform all activities/procedures in strict compliance with the study protocol, GCP, GDP, SOPs, QA/QC procedures, OSHA guidelines, and other applicable state/local regulations.
- Support the clinical operations team in reviewing essential clinical documents for accuracy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and processes.
- Collaborate with study teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Record, track, and ensure resolution of data queries.
- Understand protocol-driven timed study events and acceptable collection windows.
- Proactively communicate issues and/or problem resolutions to supervisors and managers.
- Perform general administrative tasks when required.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Exceptional customer service and professionalism.
- Effective communication (oral, written, interpersonal) with internal/external parties.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Professional sensitivity to confidential material/information.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workloads under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational/time-management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Physical Demands
- Extended periods of sitting/standing/walking/stooping/bending.
- Lift materials and supplies up to 50 pounds.
- Routine keyboarding.

Also Good to Have
- 1–3 years of experience in a clinical research/clinical/medical environment.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures.
- CCRC preferred.
