Qualifications: Bachelor's in Science or Engineering; 2+ years in regulated pharma or biotech environments; experience with laboratory operations, cGMP, SOPs, and quality systems; strong troubleshooting and leadership skills. Preferred: demonstrated mentorship, effective communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. High-Value: biologics or small-molecule manufacturing, regulated environment, cGMP compliance, process improvements, and laboratory operations. Work setup: shifts ThursdayβSunday evening, with requirements for working in controlled environments, PPE use, and physical activities, including lifting up to 50 lbs, with possible off-shift and weekend work to support business needs.
