Quality Control Analyst II, Weekend Nights Shift

Role: Lead Quality Control analyst responsible for ensuring product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout manufacturing. Responsibilities include overseeing daily laboratory testing, sampling, data release, team leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves supporting investigations, audits, root cause analysis, CAPAs, and maintaining cGMP standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Science or Engineering; 2+ years in regulated pharma or biotech environments; experience with laboratory operations, cGMP, SOPs, and quality systems; strong troubleshooting and leadership skills. Preferred: demonstrated mentorship, effective communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. High-Value: biologics or small-molecule manufacturing, regulated environment, cGMP compliance, process improvements, and laboratory operations. Work setup: shifts Thursday–Sunday evening, with requirements for working in controlled environments, PPE use, and physical activities, including lifting up to 50 lbs, with possible off-shift and weekend work to support business needs.
