Quality Compliance Specialist

Role: Quality Compliance Specialist providing real-time GMP oversight in aseptic manufacturing to ensure regulatory compliance and process integrity. Responsibilities: enforce aseptic practices, oversee process simulations, manage environmental deviations, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: bachelor's degree in technical, science, or engineering field preferred, with 0+ years experience; or associate's degree with 4+ years, or high school diploma with 6+ years in aseptic manufacturing. Must have shop floor GMP knowledge and strong communication skills. Nice-to-Have: experience with isolator/RABs aseptic systems and pharmaceutical manufacturing. High-Value: aseptic manufacturing, cGMP compliance, media fills, environmental controls, risk management, and validation support. Work setup: on-premise; schedule involves 6 am - 6 pm on a 2/2/3 rotation; required to work weekends and holidays as needed.
