Role: Quality support specialist within medical device manufacturing, focusing on product release and documentation review. Responsibilities: review production records, approve product release, liaise with operations to ensure compliance, support QMS tasks (concessions, deviations, CAPA, audits), and facilitate continuous improvement efforts. Requirements: high school diploma or relevant technical experience; 2+ years in manufacturing; proficient in MS Office; strong communication, attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to work flexible hours and move within the facility. Preferred: organizational skills, independence, familiarity with electronic records systems (eDHR), Lean principles, and AI prompts.
