Role: QA support technician within the medical device QA department, focusing on batch release and compliance functions. Responsibilities: review production documentation, assist with batch release procedures, support regulatory documentation registration, compile monthly QA reports, conduct QA activities using ERP systems, liaise with operations to ensure regulatory and quality compliance, support deviation and corrective action processes, and respond to quality queries. Requirements: High School Diploma or relevant experience; proficiency in Excel, Word, and Electronic Management Systems; strong communication skills, attention to detail. Preferred: highly organized, motivated, interpersonal skills, familiarity with eDHR system.
