Quality Assurance Senior Specialist - Statistical Sorting

Role: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist overseeing daily operations of the Stat Sort team at Lilly's new manufacturing site in Kenosha, WI. Responsibilities: manage batch scheduling, oversee Syringe Defect Kit management, support deviations, change controls, GMP document reviews, and participate in process improvements and inspections; develop QA Assistants and provide training. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; GMP experience; strong organizational, interpersonal, and team skills; ability to work autonomously; 20/20 vision; authorized to work in the US. Preferred: parenteral visual inspection experience, deviation/change control expertise, and knowledge of cGMP compliance.
