- Design and implement an ODE-based QSP model capturing drug PK, target/receptor biology, and cellular/physiological dynamics.
- Perform parameter estimation, simulations, and model analysis to support drug discovery/development decisions.
- Apply validated models to generate quantitative insights for dosing strategies, risk stratification, and translational/clinical questions.
- Communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences; collaborate cross-functionally.
- Maintain documentation of model development.
- Present findings at scientific conferences.
- Author peer-reviewed scientific articles.

Qualifications
- PhD in quantitative pharmacology, systems biology, biomedical engineering, applied mathematics, or related field.
- Experience developing QSP/mechanistic PKPD or ODE-based biological system models.
- Experience developing virtual patient populations.
- Proficiency in R, Matlab/Simbiology, Python, NONMEM, Monolix (or related).
- Experience with parameter estimation and sensitivity analysis.
