Responsibilities:
- Perform microbiological environmental sampling in aseptic/classified processing areas using standardized procedures to support high-throughput manufacturing.
- Conduct Aseptic Observations (real-time feedback/guidance) and promote compliant documentation and practices.
- Set up sampling materials/data summaries in a computerized database; incubate samples; read out/interpret results; enter/review/approve data.
- Assist microbiology lab operations (e.g., record second-checking, training others), participate in lab investigations, and recognize atypical data.
- Transport samples/supplies between laboratory and production areas; maintain clean/safe/functional areas and equipment.
- Verify/calibrate equipment per procedures; apply microbiology and industry/cGMP knowledge; follow safe work and aseptic gowning procedures.

Qualifications (Minimum):
- High School Diploma or GED plus 2+ years relevant experience.
- Basic math and computer skills (e.g., data entry); understanding of equipment/instrumentation and computer applications.
- Ability to read/comprehend/follow procedures; high productivity and multi-tasking.
- Strong oral/written/interpersonal skills; experience in a GMP environment.

Preferred:
- Quality Control experience; strong analytical/problem-solving skills; ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with common AI tools.

Requirements/Work Conditions:
- Third shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM); weekend/holiday/overtime as needed.
- Maintain aseptic gowning qualification; fine dexterity; lift/walk/bend as required (≀35 lbs.).
