Role Summary
QC Systems Integration - Product Manager
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a product roadmap for QC integration solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand QC workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Partner with technical teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant solutions for QC data integration.
Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in product management, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a laboratory or healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of QC workflows, data integration, and related technologies.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
