QC Microbiology Investigator (ASPEX)

Role: QC Microbiology Investigator within Alcon's Quality & Regulatory Affairs, leading microbiology investigations to ensure compliance and product quality. Responsibilities: independently conduct deviation investigations, identify root causes using analysis tools, implement CAPAs, review technical data for finished and raw materials, collaborate cross-functionally on key site objectives, and participate in continuous improvement activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (high school +8 years; associate degree +4 years), fluent in English, able to multi-task and meet investigation timelines. Work setup: Onsite in Fort Worth, TX; Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; travel up to 10%. High-value: microbiology focus, microbiology investigations, deviation root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, regulatory compliance in a GMP environment, collaboration with QC and analytical teams.
