Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and restock laboratory workstations with consumables and reagents
- Manage reagent inventory to maintain accurate stock levels
- Support sample lifecycle activities including inventory, shipment, and appropriate sample disposal
- Perform daily instrumentation setup and calibration (e.g., flow cytometers; qPCR)
- Execute routine maintenance on laboratory equipment
- Verify analytical data in real time to ensure accuracy and method adherence
- Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements to maintain a compliant lab environment

Essential Requirements:
- Associate’s degree (minimum) in science or related field
- At least 1 year of experience/exposure in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device industry
- Hands-on lab experience (micropipettes; aseptic techniques)
- Knowledge of cGMP and/or GLP and relevant regulatory guidelines
- Familiarity with LIMS (preferred)
- Working knowledge of quality systems and SOPs (e.g., ESOPs)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail; problem-solving; written and verbal communication; fluent in English

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience supporting analytical instrumentation (flow cytometry; qPCR)
- Familiarity with ISO and ANSI standards

Additional Role Details:
- Shift: Sunday–Wednesday PM (4x10s), 3:00 PM–1:30 AM; must be able to work this schedule
- Location: Morris Plains, NJ (no relocation support)

Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range expected: $45,300–$84,100/year
- Performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity awards
