What You Will Achieve
- Serve as a key resource and potentially lead lower-level team members within your area of expertise.
- Manage personal time and professional development; prioritize workflow and take accountability for results.
- Contribute to project and departmental tasks; provide direction and training; may act as a lead worker.
- Be recognized as a “LEAD” or Subject Matter Expert in your field.
- Proactively identify and resolve basic complexity problems, considering wider implications.
- Complete assignments independently using appropriate methods; ensure team assignments are completed.
- Review non-standard work for technical soundness and may review others’ work.
- Adhere to Pfizer standards, guidelines, and values; contribute to departmental standards and guidelines.
- Provide input for performance assessments; ensure timely and compliant documentation; develop processes to enhance cGMP standards.
- Maintain safety/housekeeping; participate in Continuous Improvement; adhere to policies/procedures; provide training and conduct peer reviews.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- HS Diploma/GED + 8 years; or Associate’s + 6 years; or Bachelor’s (preferably Chemistry/related Science) + 4 years relevant experience.
- Certifications in relevant areas (if applicable).
- Ability to write clear technical documents; strong organization and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with laboratory equipment and procedures.
- Knowledge of cGMP and GLP.

Bonus Points (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Incoming material inspection experience (components), AQL Inspection, defect recognition.
- Effective problem-solving; strong analytical skills; attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of common AI tools and curiosity to use them to enhance productivity.

Work Schedule/Location
- On-premise; nonstandard schedule as needed.

- Salary range: $25.88–$43.14 per hour; overtime/weekend/holiday and other pay premiums may apply.
