QAMI Shop Floor Lead (2nd Shift)

Role: QAMI Shop Floor Lead within Alcon's Quality & Regulatory Affairs, focusing on chemical analysis and method development in the Quality Control Lab for ophthalmic products. Responsibilities: perform complex chemical analyses, develop analytical methods, ensure compliance with SOPs and GxP, manage chemistry lab services, support manufacturing integration, and drive continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (2nd shift, onsite in Fort Worth, TX), fluent English, prior leadership and strong QC background preferred. High-value: GxP compliance, chemical analysis, SOP adherence, ophthalmic product quality control, cross-functional collaboration with production and engineering, onsite work. No travel or relocation needed.
