Key Responsibilities:
- Manage development, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning programs for compliance, employee development, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with SMEs and external vendors to design, develop, and deploy instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning training.
- Coordinate and administer training activities (scheduling, documentation, LMS maintenance).
- Maintain training records; ensure materials are current, accurate, and aligned to business/compliance needs.
- Lead/support learning communications (e.g., update SharePoint and internal platforms).
- Develop/distribute training & communication materials (presentations, workbooks, job aids, newsletters, emails, flyers, videos).
- Support creation/enhancement of e-learning and technology-based learning solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning solutions.
- Evaluate effectiveness (assessments, feedback, metrics) and generate training reports for continuous improvement.
- Ensure training meets regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards; apply knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality systems, and cGMP.
- Assist with adoption of new learning technologies/methods; support assigned projects; collaborate cross-functionally.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Training/instructional design/communication/education knowledge.
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, and working knowledge of current cGMPs.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience supporting e-learning content/learning technologies (instructional design tools like Articulate, Synthesia preferred).
- Willingness to learn and apply new technologies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Life Sciences, Business, Quality, or related) + at least 5 years relevant experience;
- OR Masterβs degree + at least 3 years relevant experience.
- Experience supporting learning programs/training coordination/instructional design/communications/education initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharmaceutical/biotech/regulated manufacturing experience; compliance training knowledge.
- Experience with e-learning/learning technologies and tools (Articulate, Synthesia, LMS, SharePoint, video platforms).
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Salary range: $102,085.00β$132,110.00; may be eligible for discretionary annual bonus and stock-based long-term incentives; paid time off; benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
