Responsibilities: perform packaging line inspections, batch documentation review, and stability sample management; oversee team of QA associates, including work planning, training, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in GMP/QA environment, with leadership experience preferred; strong knowledge of GMP compliance, SOP interpretation, and Quality processes; excellent communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.
