QA Supervisor, Product Release

Role: QA Supervisor, Product Release for biologics vaccines in animal health, overseeing release activities to ensure compliance with USDA 9 CFR and international regulations. Responsibilities: supervise and coordinate product release operations, review batch records, ensure documentation accuracy, support regulatory submissions, investigate deviations, and oversee warehouse release processes. Collaborates with Manufacturing, Quality Control, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to maintain inspection readiness and supply continuity. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Biology, Microbiology, or related field; 5+ years in QA/QC within biologics or veterinary vaccine manufacturing; experience in GMP, USDA regulations, and product release processes; proficiency in ERP (JDE), LIMS, and QMS; strong leadership and communication skills. Preferred: USDA veterinary biologics knowledge, ASQ certifications, Lean Six Sigma, and supervisory experience.
