Publications Operations Associate

Role: The Pubs Ops Associate supports the Global Scientific Publications team by managing operational tasks related to publication workflows. Responsibilities include routing and tracking Investigator Initiated Study (IIS), Licensing partner (LP), and Pre-approval Access (PAA) publications via Datavision, coordinating Author Master Agreements with external authors, monitoring the publication support inbox, and managing congress poster QR codes. Qualifications: High School diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in health, business, or finance preferred. At least 2 years of experience in data entry, clerical, document management, or reconciliation roles. Demonstrates project management, effective communication, and relationship management skills, with strong attention to detail and process orientation. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, databases, and electronic file management. HighValue: Supports scientific publications, document and contract management, and compliance processes within biopharma. Experience with publication workflows, external partner coordination, and electronic systems is critical.
